I am a 15 year veteran teacher and AVID Coordinator at Ruth O Harris Middle School. I am passionate about student learning and empowering students to be proactive and life long learners. I firmly believe in delivering first best instruction. Teachers that use elements of WICOR (writing, inquiry, collaboration, organization and reading) in daily lessons and or units will increase the quality of instruction as well as rigor for all students.
